Role Title: Associate Recruiter / Talent Acquisition Manager
Employment Type: Full-time, Remote
Role and Responsibilities:
Will manage candidate sourcing and engagement efforts across various channels while contributing to recruitment operations and team collaboration, achieving shared goals, and closing open positions targets, Key responsibilities include:
Candidate Sourcing & Pipeline Management: Source and attract candidates through multiple channels, including job boards, social media, and referrals. Manage and update candidate applications through our ATS and handle incoming inquiries via email and other communication platforms.
Candidate Engagement & Lead Interaction: Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates by providing timely updates, answering questions, and ensuring a smooth experience across lead channels, including social media platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram) and direct messaging.
Reporting & Analytics: Create daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports to track sourcing success, candidate flow, and recruitment metrics. Use data-driven insights to enhance sourcing strategies and optimize recruitment outcomes.
Process Optimization: Identify and implement improvements to current recruitment systems and workflows to increase operational efficiency and improve the candidate experience.
Collaboration & Strategic Contribution: Participate in team huddles and monthly strategy meetings with stakeholders, aligning recruitment goals and contributing ideas for continuous improvement and growth.

Requirements & Skills:
- Equipment: Laptop or tablet for managing ATS and preparing reports, plus a smartphone for quick candidate interactions.
- Time Management: Prioritize and handle multiple tasks efficiently to meet deadlines.
- Organizational Skills: Keep track of candidate interactions, sourcing activities, and pipeline updates with attention to detail.
- Analytical Skills: Ability to assess sourcing performance metrics and produce insightful reports.
- Process Improvement: A mindset for identifying system gaps and suggesting solutions to optimize workflows.
- Mindset: Growth-oriented, collaborative, and adaptable, focusing on delivering an exceptional candidate experience.
- Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication in native language; proficiency in English, Hindi, or other languages is a plus.
Compensation: Annual CTC: ₹1.80 – ₹2.40 LPA* (Fixed) + Incentives
*Probation Period: 1 month with a stipend of ₹5,000. Compensation beyond probation will be discussed based on performance.
