These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of HumGrow.com (“the Platform”). By accessing, browsing, registering, or using any part of the platform, you acknowledge and agree to these Terms.

1. User Eligibility and Advisory

  • The platform is intended for individuals who are 18 years of age or older.

  • Users below the age of 18 may use the platform under the guidance and consent of a parent or legal guardian.

  • By registering, you confirm that you meet the above requirement or have obtained proper supervision and consent.

2. Platform Usage and Conduct

HumGrow is a digital platform designed to facilitate professional growth through access to tools, opportunities, and services.

You agree to:

  • Use the platform only for lawful, personal, and professional purposes.

  • Provide accurate and complete information during registration and while using the platform.

  • Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials and be responsible for all activities conducted under your account.

You must not:

  • Impersonate any person or organization, or misrepresent affiliation.

  • Upload false or misleading documents, resumes, or other information.

  • Engage in unauthorized financial activity or misuse platform features.

3. Service Charges and Fees

  • HumGrow does not charge users for job applications, interviews, or employment opportunities.

  • Certain features or services available on the platform—such as AI tools, digital learning content, or premium features—may be offered as paid services. These can be accessed exclusively through the HumGrow Wallet.

4. Wallet System and Transactions

  • The HumGrow Wallet is a prepaid digital credit system used for accessing paid services within the platform.

  • All payments must be made only through the wallet interface. No direct payment should be made to any individual or representative of HumGrow under any circumstance.

  • Funds added to the wallet can only be used within the platform and are non-transferable.

a. Payments on Behalf of Users

  • In limited cases, users may request that funds be added to their wallet via offline or third-party-assisted transactions. Such requests must be approved in writing by HumGrow support.

  • Once credited, these funds will appear in the user’s wallet and are subject to the same terms as direct top-ups.

b. Withdrawals

  • Eligible users (e.g., contributors, partners) may request wallet withdrawals, subject to platform verification and approval.

  • All approved withdrawals are processed after deducting applicable transaction or processing charges levied by authorized third-party payment service providers.

  • HumGrow reserves the right to deny or delay withdrawals if deemed necessary for compliance, fraud prevention, or operational reasons.

5. Refund Policy

  • All wallet top-ups and purchases of platform services are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.

  • Refunds will be considered only in cases of duplicate transactions or technical errors, and must be requested within 7 days of the transaction.

  • If a refund is approved, applicable transaction and handling charges will be deducted before processing.

6. Privacy and Data Use

All personal information submitted to the platform is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using the platform, you consent to the collection and use of your data as outlined.

7. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

HumGrow is a facilitation platform and does not guarantee specific outcomes, earnings, or job placements. All tools and services are provided on a best-effort basis. Use of the platform is at your sole discretion and risk.

HumGrow shall not be liable for:

  • Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

  • Delays or disruptions caused by third-party providers or partners

  • Misuse of the platform by other users

8. Modifications and Updates

These Terms may be modified from time to time. Continued use of the platform after such changes indicates your acceptance of the revised Terms. We recommend reviewing this page periodically.
