At HumGrow.com, we aim to offer fair, transparent, and user-focused services. This policy outlines the terms for refunds and cancellations related to any paid features available through the platform.


1. Job Applications

  • We do not charge users for job applications, interviews, or employment opportunities.
  • Any communication requesting direct payment for job placement should be reported to support@humgrow.com.

2. Paid Services & Wallet Usage

  • Paid services, such as AI tools or premium learning content, are accessed exclusively through the HumGrow Wallet.
  • Wallet top-ups are final and non-refundable, except in cases of duplicate charges or verified technical issues.
  • Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of the transaction with supporting proof.

3. Cancellation of Services

  • Once a paid service is accessed (e.g., resume creation, skill evaluation, course purchase), it cannot be canceled or refunded, unless a technical failure prevented service delivery.
  • Pay-per-minute content is billed based on actual usage and is non-refundable once accessed.

4. Withdrawals and Processing Charges

  • Eligible users (e.g., partners, contributors) may request wallet withdrawals, subject to verification and platform approval.
  • All approved withdrawals will be processed after deducting applicable transaction fees charged by authorized third-party payment processors.
  • Processing times may take up to 7 business days after approval.

5. Disputed Transactions

If you notice an unauthorized or incorrect charge, please contact us immediately at support@humgrow.com. We will investigate and resolve verified cases in a timely manner.


6. No Direct Payments

  • HumGrow does not authorize any individual or representative to collect payments outside the platform.
  • All transactions must occur through the secure HumGrow Wallet interface.
