Anyone can join—HR professionals, independent recruiters, or individuals looking to refer job seekers. No prior experience is required. Register here
No, joining the HRP Program is completely free.
Yes, the HRP Program is flexible. You can refer candidates at your convenience.
Yes! You can refer friends, family, colleagues, or anyone who fits the job criteria.
The reward goes to the HRP who referred the candidate first (based on system records).
Once submitted, referrals cannot be edited. However, if the candidate is not interested, you can contact hrp@humgrow.com
Yes! If you can refer a candidate for multiple jobs, make sure the candidate’s skills and experience match the job requirements.
No, HumGrow Interview Guide takes care of the entire hiring process.
No, there is no minimum requirement. You can refer as many or as few candidates as you like.
No, rewards are only given for successful placements.
Your rewards will be processed after the candidate completes the required tenure (as per the job terms). Payments are transferred to your registered bank account.
